I dont think so..... I think its a temporary bounce thing and we are around the bond close... (edit...but we are bouncing more..so you may be right but I dont know that you could infer that it would work like that everytime...) although when Ike was talking about it..it was more than just a 15 minute trend... but maybe the negative had to be larger.... You might want to go ask Ike (iqbal) to espouse about it on the Idea Thread as this post I am thinking about was a long time ago and what I remember is sketchy...
