They can strike a deal in principle. It wouldn't be final until the deal with SRA was final, so it would all be contingent. But an announcement could come anytime, and it would remove some variables from the mind's of the variable-hating analysts.

Mark, I do not know all the details but I will try to get more info.
Anyway, Mory is a sharp guy and he already put feelers out before
deciding to buy SRA.
