I have the update from 7/22 (haven't done 8/25 yet), but when I turn on the 'colored' volume bars they don't seem to have colors consistent with the info from the help file.

You're right, it doesn't agree with the documentation. My understanding is that the colors correspond to the change in the close, so if the price closes up from the previous day, the volume bar is green, down/red, unchanged/white.
