Great letter John, let's just hope it does some good. It appears we are still in the game, at least for the present time.
Now, two questions to anyone who might have information in these areas: 1) What is the possibility of the chapter 11 being accepted? and 2) How long does it normally take for the decision to come out?
I'm assuming the stock will continue trading until something comes out, unless of course the SEC steps in. Also, would the chapter 11 filing have any bearing on the SEC in attempts to stop trading and/or initiating an investigation?
Do we have anyone with legitimate knowledge in these areas represented here?

Wonderful letter. I balled a few weeks ago, took my losses and
learned a valuable lesson not to trust the false perception of market activity. Best of luck to you = hope the SEC responds.
