If this is the bottom, which will turn up first? The oil and gas producers (also hit hard) or the oil-field services?

If memory serves me, on past corrections the producers would turn up first giving us a clear "go ahead" signal on the services stocks.

Any thoughts?

I think he meant that Russia is not capable of producing anymore than they currently are.
