MADI audited financials are due August 31. MADI Post #46 has very good details. Earnings estimates vary between .25 and .65 cents or higher are projected on past activity. Put any multiple on it and the stock is considerably undervalued. Plus anticipated new contracts ,soon to be announced, would cause considerable increase in top and bottom line. R&D and set up costs are recoved with volume as is overhead, one has to think that bottom line would increase per unit as volume grows.

Many people are talking about a rally in the morning. But regardless MADI stock held its own today in a very difficult market. I have to think that MADI will fly in the next few days regardless of market conditions. If you take the lowest estimate of EPS and give it a conservative 5 multiple the stock trades at $1 without the rumored future business.
If you take a the higher end of the EPS range with the lower multiple you get $3 per share which seems awsome when you are at .65 Once the stock is at $1.50 then $3 seems quite doable. You can compute the higher EPS estimate with a higher multiple and the anticipated new business and you can compute the stock price on your own. Let me see, I think that a person would have enough toes to accomodate the number should they use their toes to count it up.
