excellent points RM
DGIV is an evolving story, and the more we know about it, the better the story gets. Just look at the news releases over time and see how every announcement is another piece of the overall picture.

It is natural to want the share price to be higher. However, just take a look at the DOW and Nasdaq the past few weeks. Almost all the stocks have been hit. Much of DGIV shares are in strong hands and that has helped to give the price much stability. Just look at other small cap companies on the Nasdaq and see how well DGIV has done compared to them!

WE Know the financials and form 10 will be filed in the near future. The key,as stated previously, is the fact that they will be OFFICIALLY filed. The actual numbers are not important since we are investing in DGIV for what it will be in the FUTURE with the contracts that have been and will be signed.

Naysayers will always be a part of the "picture". Once we know their motive is to post lies to create confusion for their own gains, they have no credibility, IMO.

Jimmy Chin is scheduled to return to the US at the end of this week. We know for sure he did not go to all those countries to visit the scenery. The "deals" he has been working on can only help us in the future.

Rocketman, that may not be a bad idea and anyone can start a new thread...i would humbly suggest that without being too long yet to try being inclusive of all the events thAT have brought DGIV to where it is today be included...the synopsis is too long but contains much of the valuable information we need going forward...the financials would be the other key factor going forward...

everyone can voice their opinion/wish in this regard and from there we will go...however i would not want us to leave because of any negative opinions expressed here...i would rather look at the change as a new era in the life of DGIV...

perhaps a thread in the communication forum

anyway that is my position...

"One thing I want to throw out is whether we should move out of the coffee shop area into a due diligence type of thread."

Agreed. However, the DGIV A HOLICS thread should continue to be used as a place for chatting. I know we can all distinguish between when we are offering our DD/opinions about DGIV and when we are saying hello/good morning/etc. If a new thread is started, the need for people to make this distinction and post accordingly is paramount.

I'd like to propose that if we start a new thread that it be entitled "DGIV: Ongoing DD." My feeling is to keep the header short and to the point. IMO, the header is of secondary importance to the thread itself. Let us not forget that the whole idea here should be efficiency for not only us longs, but for newcomers as well. This should be a place where anyone could come and read fresh DD in a timely fashion. Legitimate questions should be encouraged as well (and reactions such as the one bRiAn received this morning should be strictly avoided).

So then, the dgiv-a-holics thread for socializing, the new thread for ongoing DD, and the info thread for extensive research (opinions of all sorts should remain absent from the info thread IMO, let's just put facts there). Simplicity is the key :-)

Of course, all aspects of this are open for discussion... please comment.
