Rare: Yes, I agree, a bear market...I sold into the last rally and have about 40% cash...mo is one of my largest positions and unfortunately telebras is the other...big time ouch. I think the truly smart money left when Thailand first devalued, last year..I think our market is far too liquid to take much more downside..we need to unwind all the margin positions and shake out the weak and I think we are just about done here. I think big mo is considered a defensive play here and people have stopped worrying about the settlement for the time being...there is really no where else to invest!!!
