Mr. Tonto,
You should be ashamed of yourself, Good Day sir.

Mr. tonto,
I just had a nice conversation with the folks over at AZNT. They verify talks with Monsanto but are perplexed as to how you came up with the $250MM figure. They would not say whether it was accurate or not. But they did say only 4 individuals were privy to the information discussed and you were not one of them. They suggested you forward the email with the references of the $250MM to them.
I hope that you will not hold back this very important evidence you claim to obtain, the email, perhaps you can share it with the thread.

tonto: I have seen a lot of people say "ask the Indian" on this thread, so I decided to see what happens, when I do.

The idea has been put forth here that there is a court order that requires the "buy in" by the shorts.

You have demonstrated that you are able to get a lot of hard to find things, so I was wondering about this.
(I don't know if this is hard to find, though..wouldn't it be public property?)

Anyway, in the spirit of "Ask The Indian":

Do you have a copy of the court order, or have you read a copy?
PS..If so, when did you get it or read it?

TIA
