thanks. Whatever is going on with the bankruptcy claims, let's get the facts.

If Colin waived his rights to the dividend, more power to him. I think the company should put out a PR to that effect. Is there any documentation that could be obtained on this issue?

Del, in my 41 years as a stock market professional. I have never seen a dividend of a same class stock waived by management of a public company. If you know of another, I would stand corrected, and be interested to see how the Company fared.
