TO ALL

I just got off the phone with D.S. They have all been really busy trying to get things in order for the fall drill.....here are some points that were discussed

1) They are discussing with the JV partners about 4 different ways at financing the drill program (ie. who is paying what and when)
2) They have the first portion of the funds which will be in the form of a pp. They have been offered all the money but they do not want to do it all at these levels as the dilution factor would kill them. The idea is to take the first portion now and get funding later when drilling is started and news is out and the share price appreciates. They are also looking at possibly convertible debentures for the second portion. But anyway, the initial funds are there and have been for some time.
3) They are trying to negotiate with a new IR or some new admin around the office.
4) Negotiations with a new director(s) is still on going.
5) Ideally they would like to get the share price to 40-50cents for the second phase of funding.
6) They want to start the drilling by the end of Sept.

These are just the points that were relayed to me......but I'm sure not so avg joe will say I'm hyping the stock........anyway, I did express the concern at the lack of communication between the company and the public.......a new IR should solve that. Hopefully the VSE will rebound in Sept. and news will be out. They are working their asses off in this market, but it does not mean I think they are doing a good job?
