SP- The reason I will not sell my long is that once I get out no one ever tells me what is the right price to get in-- this has happened with me on most of the stocks- so for me I try to work with calls and puts to make up for losses- like yesterday was one of the good days.

If one is not nimble and the kind of leverage I run I would be bust in no time my little account is a semi hedge fund- I need to work three times my positions to create liquidity and that what I do when markets come up these things show as profit however now days it is just to able to make more so as to have cash to enter new positions- the bears once in while do provide a unique opportunity to work with. Thanks. I think these movements are very normal part of a very healthy market, lets keep working around them.
