Arrow Hd., FWIW I am down to 30 shares of IBM and after listening to Bob Farrell of ML and Mark Holeweski of Templeton on Moneyline tonight I feel I may be right. They were really gloomy about the state of the financial world. Farrell said to wait till after tax selling in October by the funds and Holoweski when asked about places to put money hemed and hawed and mentioned Hong Kong and Singapore because they were down so badly and a couple of stocks in Hong Kong had more cash in the bank then their shares current price.

Now also, I must add that I am a great contrary indicator based on past performance but if Japan tanks tonight the Fed better move quickly if they want to see anything approaching "rational exuberance" again soon. Notice I did not say irrational. That word is now a downside modifier.

Regards,

Don
