Mr. Jhild, I believe that the e-mail, with headers, should be provided to the company. If Mr. tonto recieved insider information from a broker that violates NASD regulations and it is the broker's obligation to report this information at once. The company reports only 4 individuals are privy to this information and our Mr. tonto is not one of the them. Mr. Jhild, you are aware of Mr. Morks problems with the SEC in relation to AZNT, aren't you? RB
