Jim,

Thanks for your response.

Well, you still have not answered many of my questions. Anyway, as far as your comment about DELL, I have seen lots of times people predicting a blowoff top on this issue. Our dear Bill F. has at least openly called a blowoff top with DELL on fundamental, technical conditions 10 times, maybe even more. However, what happened?:)

I am not trying to argue with you about the valuation of DELL. It all depends on the demand. Actually I heard lots of people saying that DELL was way overvalued when it was at around 80 back in May, while the same people crying that DELL is undervalued at 120. The bottom line is that DELL is a great company and deserves a premium PE for its flawless execution and eye popping growth in both revenues and earnings. It's currently running to far but in a year and half, I do see the issue trading at 200. That will put its market cap at around 120-130 billion.

The same story goes on with issues like AOL and YHOO!. Are the overvalued? Not really. These issues are not cheap, but definitely not overvalued. Judging from their future growth rate, it's easy for AOL and YHOO! to reach market cap of 100 and 50 billion in the next five years.

The market is definitely not healthy, and maybe terrible in the eyes of lots of people. But I do see a turnaround in the corner.

good luck,
larry!
