J.B.C., I have conceded that the predictions by you and the others with a similar view have been correct so far. That indicates that your reading of this company has been more successful and on the mark. From that I intend to learn. Also, I believe that the management has made mistakes (blunders) to get us where we are, but I do not tend to believe that they had a criminal intent to defraud the investors. At this point my instinct is to hang in there and give the management time to learn from their mistake. This company is currently valued less than the conservative value of the one of its division alone, NETsilicon. As of today Osicom's market cap is $21 mil., while NETsilicon alone is valued at $30 mil. So it seems to me that just like it was foolish to buy when I bought some of my shares, it would be foolish to sell at this point. So I will wait. But, still, there is no question that you guys have made your point that "you know what you are talking about". Regards, Afaq Sarwar
