I agree. You should rely on many sources for DD. I, not Cliff, called the transfer agent to determine the number of shares authorized and outstanding


Kevin.. You must be using your selective memory here. I've stated in two (2) separate posts that I have called the Transfer Agent.

It's easier to determine when something is not the best solution. But it's not so easy to make the right solution.
