It's long been an established fact that appearing on international television and humiliating yourself, making yourself look like a blooming numbskull, having most of the world think you're a blithering idiot and having only your adulterous husband to thank is indeed healthier and advisably more preferable then just staying married for the sake of the finances involved. OK so this is your rebuttal. Huh? What was the question? Let me refresh your memory. The issue is, conservatives are irritated by the Clintons alternative marriage. I claim this is no worse than the very common practice of staying in a marriage for financial reasons (not a partisan problem, lots of people do it, conservatives and liberals). You then respond with the fact that Hillary is making a fool of herself on TV. Well that may be true for a multitude of reasons. But this issue is a general one, it is not specific to the Clintons. And this issue of whether or not Hillary is an idiot does nothing to support the claim that the Clintons marriage is the mother of all bad marriages. I dont think the conservatives have an acceptable answer for this one. Two points for me. MH
