Tokyo--Future headlines--FED lowers interest rates, and this may push more $$ into bonds and out of stocks. (Not the intention.) Also, just wait for news of loose nuke/bio weapons. And, if we can only give Russia another 20-50 billion, we can save them. I think they may revert back to communism. There is an old Russian joke, and it goes like this>>"Borris shows up at work, and pretends to work, and the state pretends to pay him." Now, he may still show up, but he gets nothing. How long before the masses take up arms?
