It's pretty hard to convince a chiapaneco that the involvement of a judge would necessarily and automatically lend credibility to an enterprise. There's judges and then there's judges. Remember they were all lawyers first -g- What bugged you, the 'civil tone' remark? ... it really is quite civil, compared to some, imho.
