A very interesting article indeed. I am not concerned about any immediate impact on THQ, but if the SEC does start requiring restatement of earnings for some of the big boys, look out below. Short sellers will hammer these stocks to death. Of course the SEC will have to hand them the hammer first.

Hi guys, Todd Weiner asked me to tell you that he has been real busy the past two weeks and hasn't had time to post but he'll be back soon. He must be burning the candle at both ends. His message to me and his last posts were in the wee hours of the morning. I noticed he has changed his job description on his profile. This may help to explain his work load. I can't imagine the pressure anyone who manages other peoples money must be under the last few weeks. Someone was speculating that we must be at about the post "lost license" low. I know we are not, because I got some back then at 18 1/4 and I know that wasn't quite the low. I think we'll have to break below 12 to equal the previous low. I never thought I'd be happy about a market melt down, but after 10:00AM tomorrow, I'll have an extra $100K to put in the market. I just hope I make the right choices in this blue light special!
