Craig, the movie "Midway" is going to start in an hour on TNT. What we are experiencing is similar to decisions military commanders make regarding acceptable losses. Lives are more important than money but the analogy works. The commanders role is to review their battle plan continuously. They must adapt to changes as needed and minimize losses. Dell bulls should assess their forces, deploy to exploit weaknesses in defensive positions and attack! I don't like talk of accepting losses. Visualize this, Michael Dell wearing kaki's, Ray Bans and a Dell hat wading onto the beach at South Padre and saying " I have returned!" :o)
