Ok, I new to all this...

When you say " CVIA will give the MMs enough to make a market on these..." I assume you mean SELL to the MM at some negotiated price (somewhere around, hopefully $25/share) Right?

And...how much is "enough"? What is a reasonable figure for a 40,000 share float? I'm thinking maybe...10% (4,000 shares)
