Mr. Pink is careful to paraphrase what his "crime" was. Mr. Pink posts a private communication. Mr. Pink is not happy with this post from the MRVC thread: "Enforcement@SEC.Gov is the address to file a complaint against anyone who you believe is spreading false information over the Internet or anywhere else, for whatever reason they may be doing so. Avail yourself of that opportunity - I JUST HAVE! Anyone and everyone else who believes as I do that this medium is being used to damage and abuse investors this way should write to the SEC and say so."
