For those who have not seen the Yahoo Board, Flightlessbird on his own time has gone to Waco and is obtaining all of the data at the Courthouse on the BK. In addition, as he is an attorney himself, I suspect he will talk to other attorneys involved. For those of us who have been here a long time, Flightless has no axe to grind and is a investor only. I have no doubt that his assessment of this issue will be accurate and honest. There will be some however, like Ron Harvey, who will accuse him of being bias or lying if his findings tend to dismiss this issue.
