Good luck, David. The odds in Vegas have to be better than on Wall Street today.

I just received my Safeguard 2nd Quarter Report, and they state that the Who? Vision offering will commence in late Sept. They also state that they are "...on target with our goal to deliver three rights offerings to our shareholders." (Of course, if Bill Clinton made that statement, instead of Musser & Caldwell, I'd wonder about the timing of those 3 offerings....)
