I doubt if the numbers will show anything that will drive the price way up. I'm sure the company will have something to show us when the numbers come out, but don't expect huge profits, because all the money is probably being reinvested to build DGIV's long term network. I just want to forewarn everyone not to get your hopes up unreasonably high for the numbers per se. Just look at how much DGIV has accomplished over the past 5 months since March in terms of becoming a global presence with business alliances with some MAJOR names in the industry (UBS, NMSS, Oracle,etc..). However, it does take time to set up the system and get it running. Therefore, the key is the "official filing", which would make DGIV more "legit" in the eyes of new investors. The numbers by themselves are not important for now, since the revenues will start rolling in over the next several months as more and more contracts are implemented.
