These guys have killed the inflation demon so bad that they are sitting on the Love Boat, eating scones and patting themselves on the back for what the marketplace did for them and they haven't even read Galbraith or Kindleberger because they are so full of themselves and cocksure. Gee even the greatest financial mind in history, has Galbraith's financial memory loss.
