What is you take on ABTX? I am looking on going long there, very long.
I happen to believe in its potential. However short position there doesn't seem to be covering.

Also is there any more short potential in CD due to yesterdays new anouncments?

RE ENVY: More to come on the accounting front. SEC said they don't trust E&Y's analysis & that ENVY could hire another firm to attempt to prove that their write downs are correct, but seems very unlikely. They've pissed off the SEC. AG says stay short this mangy dog.
