Does anyone know the currency in which the convertible bonds(?) are denominated? I hope it is not dollars. This is where reporting would be helpful. We would know the details of the financing for sure. Now that I live under the reign of Bill Clinton, I tend to read PR releases very carefully.<<<< The acquisition will be done through a $48 million convertible debenture. The conversion price of the debentures will be $3.00 per share.<<<< I notice the future tense...."will be done".... as in the financing has not yet been done. Has there been a later press release that confirms that the financing has been done?
