I am not qualified to comment on the composition of saccharine or aspartame, however, I do agree that there has been controversy over the use of these products, due to the health concerns. One alternative is sugar, which has it's own problems. This is why they looked for a substitute to begin with, I believe. Another alternative is honey, but for some reason, honey never became the substitute that it possibly should have. I don't know why, maybe it doesn't "cook" well. I think that if aznt does "have the goods", then this could possibly be a great company. I look at this product a little more simply.. Does this sh** work? If it does, then I think you all have found something here. I am not qualified to answer that question, BTW.
