Hello Sam, I think you're right about us both needing some good luck in this very rough market. As for the shares that Michael Dell sold, you must remember that he sells about 1,000,000 every quarter just after earnings are released. Here is how the press treats the sale: ...Big news..Michael Dell sells huge amount of DELL shares, Boy he must know that trouble is ahead...look out he sold over 1,000,000 shares... What they don't report is: Michael Dell sold 3/4 of 1 % of his holdings in Dell Computer today but no need to worry he still holds 103,000,000 shares or 206,000,000 after the split.... I hope to see you sometime soon and collect my winnings in Virginia. Dave
