Zeev, The scary part for me is that the small caps are virtually in the BK. Sentiments are definitely against us IMO. I am hoping for selected earnings in Q3 to signal some sign of recovery. SEG, AMAT,VECO, and INTC are on my screen. At some point it seems that we have an opportunity to re-address telecom stocks as well. They have taken a beating. I do not play the PC boxmakers but if I did Compaq might also be interesting. The question is...when? I am fearful of a disappointing buying season this year. But I am hoping for signals that open the door again. At that time I plan to allocate a larger portfolio for personally selected tech stocks then I have allocated heretofore. At the moment I am all cash. Im hindsight I am delighted with selling VECO at 32. Best, Stitch
