I am sitting on an 80-90% loss. I hear you - the past wouldn't matter much if they had a great machine that was driving the stock price up and making us all some money. However, since they LIED about the NASDAQ listing, since they continue to issue shares to themselves, since ORAL patent payments can pop out of nowhere, and since there is no independent board, the fact that they MAY have a checkered past is CRITCAL information for CURRENT INVESTORS. The key is, if you came here clean, would you invest given what you now know? I doubt it. That is why it is relevant. Of course, we must ensure it is TRUE (no offence to Andrew Abraham, but none of us have met him). But we can all do that with a simple request from the FDA (I have). If it is true(I'll know soon), the combination of this and the other concerns are VERY RELEVANT to deciding whether to stay with the stock. They are also very relevant in deciding whether you will take legal (not simply civil) action. You are right to be skeptical, but don't go as far as to close your eyes. There is a pattern of behavior here that is disturbing even without the FDA stuff.

Don't take offence - my wife is mad enough at me for my investments without having strangers mad at me.
