That rumour has been around for a while. As far as I know there is nothing to it.

Sandman, regarding TELS and any connection with DGIV:

Apparently there were some talks between the two at one point in time. Steven G Trapp is paid to promote TELS, and he likely made the first reference of TELS to DGIV shareholders. I was lurking around on the TELS yahoo thread and found another post that relates to the issue, yet is not written by Steven Trapp, and so it's less biased. Here's what was posted over there:

"The deal is not dead between the candian entity and TELS. Surprisingly enough,
management probably has done shareholders a favor by not jumping on the initial offer
made by the canadians, since other companies have begun to show interest (I am not
aware of DGIV being one of them). My info is that there are now 3 companies talking
with TELS at the moment, and that management is listening for the best deal. So
negotiations could take a little longer than if there were just one player."

Remember DGIV is not Canadian. It is my belief that any negotiations between DGIV
and TELS have ceased. IMO, they are looking to merge/acquire something much
larger... no idea on the time frame though.
