If I recall from last weekend Bob said about a "Zero percent chance of bear market in 1998."
And consider this: the average NYSE stock is down over 30% and the same for the NASDAQ
is down over 40%.

D, doesn't that sound like a bit of a contradiction? If the average stock is down 30-40%, then
