Just look at what happened today. Everybody took as much of their money out of the stock market on the fourth or fifth biggest point drop in the Dow in history. They didn't care if it was a good company, a growing company, a possible takeover, an oversold company, a blue chip, a midcap, a smallcap and nothing mattered except safety. Now that leaves lots and lots of money in worried but greedy hands. They will feel they have dodged a bullet and that they are very very smart traders for doing so.

A very short time -when the vacationing big traders come back to their offices and start to look for deals there will be plenty of them to look at. But wait Russia's in turmoil, Japan is still working out their problems, South America will get hit hard and effect our economy right? Who knows? So everybody is playing it safe with smart money in a low interest rate environment until they realize this will all be a blip (like 1987) before 1998 ends. Once the buying starts it will be huge. And who will profit the most? Why the people who are buying now before the reality of future earnings and low interest rates kicks in.

Lots of luck to you all! Stay well and prosper!
