I think "dulce" means sweet in spanish.
Why it was written "dulciness" is used, who knows???
Maybe to sound attractive, marketing-wise??

I believe that was a typo. The phrase should actually be "degree of dunciness"... meaning how much of a dunce you would have to be to buy this stock.

Hmmmm.... expert leadership.... sitting on "capacity" to make huge profits... stock counts that don't make sense... why does this stock remind me of MTEI?

It looks to me like it is a mis-translation. I think they mean to use the word "sweetness". Dulce is the latin stem for sweet. I am unsure what units it is measured in. But the way this company likes to make up words it is not surprising to find another new word.

Point of interest: "Excluding the true AZNT stockholders
the lack of the ability to comprehend, reason, and think with any intelligence what so ever by the NON-AZNT stockholders continues to astonish us true AZNT stockholders.
Like PHYTOGENICS(T), DULCINESS is also a trademark of AZNT.

DULCINESS: The meaning for the NON-AZNT stockholders is 1: SWEET TO THE TASTE!

PS: We are sure that were ever the NON-AZNT stockholders may live, there is most certainty an establishment of higher education. It is strongly recommendable that all of you attend posthaste.

What I found most amusing at the site was the hilariously bungled Latin that's no doubt meant to pass for a legitimate botanical classification:

Here is some detailed information on the make-up of Touch of Nature (Naturaae Gustusus)

"Gustusus"? "Naturaae??" Sheesh. Where's Linnaeus when you need him?
