Speedster, Thanks for your message. I wholeheartedly join you in your message because I dont like to see fights myself and do get carried away sometimes when the winds change too suddenly. No more slants from me Cliff! I apologize. I also thank Ariella the same way for her message preceding Speedster's. Aside form that my enthusiasm for the Company charter has not changed much at all. As for shares during period of development, the price of the stock was so low that to pay for Siemens manpower, S&P and web developers and building rents, the number of shares to be issued may have had to be large (10 million shares at 0.25 would net them $2.5M). This is just an example. I am not saying this to justify anything because the financials are not available to us. And if BB status releases them from reporting, we could only guess these things. Just a few months ago, the DD that was most needed was "to find out if the Company was for real". That explains our enthusiasm alone.That was the time for me to really worry if it was a scam. I think I am past that for now. Harry
