The threat to turn you in was not a threat, as I deeply resent the use of that word. It was a statement. You are bound to the rules of SI the same as I am. If you violate my rights I will respond as appropriate. You have the same right. After reading your profile and seeing your posting record I can understand why you would post the information that you did. I think your post contains much erroneous information, the same kind of erroneous information by the way, that many of the other hypsters on this thread use, to smoke screen the failure of this company to supply its investors with the facts about this company. You never post on this thread yet post something from another person whom you say you do not know (must not have had a sending e-mail address?????),and make remarks about situations you say you have not followed. You conclude with the remark "Personally, I think the best way to approach this open forum is to put forth the appropriate questions, and then pursue the answers with true due diligence, sharing the info with all" a remark that I heartily agree with. I have been attempting to get answers and discuss issues, from firstly the company, and secondly other members of this forum. No success on either front! It is difficult to respond to people like you, since many of you feel that you have to hide behind some false identity. As you can see I have always identified myself, first using my initials and e-mail address, and later when the insults and character assassination started, switching to my FULL name,to make absolutely sure that no one could confuse me with someone else. I even went so far as to tell other posters on this thread how to verify the data, the ISP that I use, ,my address, telephone number, etc. In short I have nothing to hide. If I had been a basher, or paid to trash this stock, been a MM, or any one of a thousand other things I have been accused of, or worried about lawsuits due to the remarks that I make, I would also have hid behind an assumed name. I did not. The middle part of your post is naive at best or else the musings of a very green investor. I specifically point to your statement "In my opinion, this company has potential. Things are still in development, and as investors we will just have to ride it out or leave". We have a very serious disagreement here. First how do you know Global Games has potential? What facts do you base it on? I am interested. Some people on this thread would have you believe that since Global Games is a penny stock, investors should expect no financial information from them, that you should buy on faith alone. This is not only false it is outright naive!!!!! Before you should invest your money in any company you should not only have its quarterly reports TO ITS STOCKHOLDERS (not the SEC)and at least a year of financials, but should have read all of the information that it supplied to the SEC for its IPO. Since you allude to the fact that you have read many of the posts, find one that discusses the financials of the company? One last remark. If you really want to do your DD on any company call the SEC and find out if any action has either been suggested, pending, or completed on the company. That way you will know the truth. And by the way the SEC can investigate a company without the company ever having done anything wrong, the SEC investigates a company as part of their fully reporting status application for example. In addition you could have turned me into the SEC, and the investigation could have been both on the company and me as an individual. You do not owe me an apology for what you did, since I don't believe it was maliciously done. Giving the apology however, is a bright ray of sunshine on this thread, since it hopefully signifies an intent to truly be concerned for others feelings. Thank you. I am however extremely upset that the CEO of Global Games gave personal e-mail to a 16 year old boy BEFORE I received it, who than published it on the internet, again BEFORE I read it or could respond to it. That is unprofessional, and unethical. Contrary to what another poster observed I responded to the e-mail to GAry Borglund immediately after reading it on the Ragingbull BB. I will not comment here on your last statement "Flagrant baseless statements (ie: SEC involvement) are damaging and dangerous. If you have proof, spill it.....if not, you might also owe this thread an apology. Just My Opinion, of course." except to say that I responded to Gary Borglund with facts and if he wants he can pass them to the 16 year old boy again for publication. And lastly. I have to wonder about a CEO that claims to be so busy that the only way he can pass company information to his SOME of his stockholders is through either a 16 year old boy, Brad Morris, or a series of questionable, unidentifiable intermediaries. Now that fact may be a case of insider information since ALL of the stockholders do not have access to the same information. Thanks for the post and no hard feelings.
