DeeJay,

First of all, The SEC will investigate your claim with all the sincerity and effort that it took them to send you that automated e-mail response. Second, if they do investigate, they will look at Mr. Pink's recent hit list. They will find, as will you, an incredible number of correct calls. Not just price, but companies that DID have accounting problems after totally denying them. If Mr. Pink never uncovered any actual accounting problems then you might have a case for violation of the SEC's "Mechanical Methods" clause. Problem is Mr. Pink has found some way to smell something rotten in 10Q's 10K's and other forms filed by public companies. I don't know how he does it, but he does it.

If calling the SEC makes you feel better than that is a good thing if you are long in this market. Just thought you would appreciate a little dose of reality as to the facts that will be found with even a cursory investigation.

Best of Luck

Cube

The way I see it as an FOP(friend of pink) is either you can capitulate and read and learn from him or continue to cry and whine.

I've been there and done that. He took me out of MEDA @ 12 saved me a bundle.
He has short winners out the ying yang. CLCX @ upper 30's, CSSI lots of cash would have been made. MEDA , FONX, SCRM, MRVC, ACRT, TAVA SIR the list goes on. If you don't believe read his thread from the start it is all there.

He's right and you know it you just don't know that you know it yet!
Scott(FOP)

It appears that MRVC cratered because they missed their numbers not because Mr. Pink besmirched their good name. It appears that Mr Pink was right on the money so to speak. Why on earth are you complaining about this to the SEC or anyone else for that matter? It seems that once again Mr Pink made the right call and his legions made a nice profit

I've been watching enough of these boards to realize that a great many people don't want to hear any dissenting views and attack those who dare to disagree. As others have suggested perhaps you should listen to MP with an open mind and perhaps save some money in the future.
