Hi Greg & Zeus - time for those #'s going forward!

What an awful day across the board - looked for the late rally - but didn't happen this time. Some of the bears are coming out of the wood work. Other's I've heard today say that the Dow needs to get to 8,000 before there is the rebound and buying spree using the $$ that are now held in US treasuries. All that's needed is the bottom - and then this correction (10+% off the high) - which has been considered necessary by many pundits over the last several months - will be over. If the Dow get's to 7,470 - then we are technically in a bear market (20+% off the high) - but given the strong fundamentals in the US (low inflation, low interest rates) this is unlikely.

The board meeting: I hope that at next Tuesday's board meeting (I believe that to be the day) that Napier's directors discuss their shareholders concerns over the drop in the share price - with the $2+ base well and truely breached.

A statement should have been forthcoming this week - it's not that hard to put one together. All that is needed is a statement to comment on the decline in the share price - that it is not related to fundamentals (which we know) - that there are other forces at play in addition to the general market downturn. Furthermore, how about some numbers going forward - projections. I know they are there - I and others have been told just that - but they were not included in the last News - which may have given us enough to maintain the $2+ base.

Now is not the time to hold back - let's have the projections. In addition please include the names of some major clients + linkages to the new (potential) major partner(s) that you're talking to - for example in Asia - we know who one of them is already :-)

Much obliged,

David
