let me respond to the "tout" message because you're talking about me. I did not ever dispute Pink's opinion - I took issue with his claims that the books are cooked, that the management is crooked and that salesmen were leaving in droves (his words). He made statements of purported fact and did not ever state that those were his opinions at the time he made the statements. He coupled the SEC's review of certain highly aggressive accounting tactics by others as being exactly what MRVC's management were doing; when someone made a detailed study of the specifics in the financial statements he had neither the grace nor the courage to respond nor to retract his claims that the SEC would be requiring MRVC to restate their earnings, if I remember correctly. If he has acted within the letter of the law he has nothing to worry about, does he? Dee Jay
