jbn3...You're right, this selling personal shares is an insignificant event the shorts would like everyone to believe is what they should be doing too....These big holders (like MD) have all kinds of reasons for selling...lack of confidence in their company ISN'T one of them.

Michael Dell He never sells a significant portion of his holdings. It just seems significant to most of us,
Sometimes the board of directors insist that the major executives sell shares. They don't want them to get too cautious by thinking If I try out my next idea and it doesn't work I'm going to lose everything and have to move in with my parents. That is the recipe for a timid company, not a market leader.
