Investors and analysts are dumb to a fault. Read all their press releases carefully. They have asserted their products run on machines manufactured by companies representing 85% of the world's PC shipments. That is not 85% market share, although the wording was done to lead the reader that way. Similarly, this most recent release does not say $2M, but up to $2M for the BIOS business.

Given their current cash position, the only direction for the company is to find a buyer. The issue is, unfortunately, more than price. A buyer would need to assume the responsibility for settling the class action suits. Therefore, the more stable the buyer, the less willing will be the desire to purchase. The Catch-22 is depressing for shareholders. Realize that with some settlement on the suits necessary, we are already in a state of negative net worth.
