What is the current status of the negotiations between the SEC, AZNT and Dr.Lorrichio? Have they established a criteria in which they can attribute a value to DR. Lorrichio's intellectual properties? If so, what is the status on the 10KSB? Has it been audited? How soon until it is released?

It is strongly recommendable that if you do not like AZNT or its reports, that you do not invest in the company and stop your complaining . You should leave this SI page and go to a SI page where the company is more to your likening.
