Jim, RE: SCUBA Diving

I got my advanced divers license in Puget Sound, 42 degrees as I remember back in 1974 - I think I was 13 years old at the time. I never did much diving until I moved to Long Beach California in 1985 where I went diving every weekend for lobster, scallops, abalone, spear fishing and picture taking near Catalina, Laguna Beach and out 72 miles to "St. Nick" island.

The occasional trip to Bonaire, Aruba, Hawaii or Jamaica is so much nicer without need for a wetsuit.

I have done some relatively recent diving in South Korea while I was there from 1989-1997 - not much fun and cold, except for Cheju Island off the south end.

For Christmas I've decided to buy a 1999 Bayliner 19 footer with a 350 inboard-outboard and a couple of Jet Ski's - since I'm building on lake frontage I need more water toys. So the dry suits gonna have to wait, besides I really need to work on my trout and salmon fishing skills - it's been awhile since I was living in the Northwest.

PS: I have a Nikonos V with every lens they make, including the 15mm fisheye, lots of lights and a pelican case. Do you want to buy a complete system, I figure I'd let it go for $4000?
