Agreed. KDUS and SIBIA need to settle, cross-license or whatever this whole 619 issue and focus on chemicals. KDUS has at least met key milestones over last few months (see press releases). There's probably no rush here. My previous contact has left. Previously, she indicated there would be key announcements (MIT HTPS prototype ? etc) going into 1999 and beyond.

You're right. Icahn is the rock IMO. He could probably buy the entire float if he wanted to. May be better than the venture cap folks we see exiting 1 year after an IPO.

Yeah, Siverman deserves credit. He warned against crappy 2nd/3rd tier small caps many times and focussed on generics. I've had a 79% appreciation evaporate in the last year. A very big ouch !

Rick, looks like you have got a good balance to your technology based "biotech optimism" here. Mr. Silverman's opinion about biotech as a sector is very close to my own. Let's hope that my style of dealing with people is more pleasant <g>.

Was on the opposite side of many of "your's" "trades" for sometime.
