Gambrell & Stolz continues its reckless behavior. Instead of quietly negotiating a settlement of this issue, they have chosen to allow it to become a public document. This is like an alarm bell that has rung and while you can't unring a bell, at least steps can be taken to minimize the sound and duration. The longer this remains an unresolved issue, the longer it will be exposed to the public in forums such as this and in back rooms of colleagues and competitors. GRNO, its management and stockholders were comfortable with G&S' legal counsel for 4 1/2 years, even though what they did was very wrong. How will that look to other clients of G&S as well as potential new clients? The value of a lawyer's services are like the value of a stock. It is only as good as the public's perception of it. The longer they choose to drag this out, the more damage they will do to themselves. Charles
