Terry,

I don't know aboutyou, but I am really *&870 off. I bought in 97 and at this point have no claim in the class action.

I sold my position and will continue to monitor the news - if somethinf fundamental happensI will consider (strongly) taking a position to regain some of my loss.

Based on the current available info, I don't see that happening.

The lawyer I spoke with (one of the C/A attorneys) did not paint a rosy picture. Based on the # of shares and level of loss, it will difficult at best to recoup any.

What upsets me most is the lack of integrity and accountability in the management.

I have been burned twice this year with the same scenario/

I intend to put the stock market $ to work in my currency trading account. There I hold all the accountability cards. My mistakes are my own and not based on anyone elses BS.

It has been a long haul with CYBG and we missed many other ops while holding it.

I wish you the very best....

Ed

Unbelievably - shills continue to promote the Cyberguard fraud

I originally issued my strong sell/short sell recommendation when the stock was artificially inflated from 8 to 16 a share because of the fact that the company was technically bankrupt and promoters were issuing false rumors about the stock in order for insiders to dump worthless paper on unsuspecting victims. One of the false rumors circulated via the internet and newsletters was that Cyberguard was a potential buyout candidate. Unbelievably, shills continue to spread these same lies - claiming that the company is "cheap" at these share prices.

Nothing could be further from the truth.

There is no value in Cyberguard. The company's atrocious balance sheet, coupled with the potential liability stemming from the recent fraud lawsuits and its disgraced managment team make this company worthless to any potential suitor. There is a real risk of complete elimination of shareholder value.

There is absolutely no reason to buy Cyberguard shares.
